There are two people struggling to find hope, healing, and health in their lives. The first person believes they can do nothing to rectify their sadness, anxiety, and trauma. The second person is willing to try different options to find relief.
The first person had a victim mentality. When this person tried going to a support group and taking medication the effort fell among thorns choking off the effort and the person gave up.
The second person wanted to be responsible for their mental health despite struggling. When the person made an effort to attend support groups, take medication, exercise, and eat nutritious food they sprinkled these good things into the mind and body bringing out an attitude of hope, healing, and health.
