I hope wherever you are, you know Recovery is with you right where you are.
Today’s devotional invites us to welcome Recovery not as a visitor, but as a resident. We are called to become a living home for the spirit of healing. We are not only invited to follow Recovery. We are invited to become the place where it lives.
Recovery does not live far above us or only around us. It lives within us. We were never meant to carry the weight of life alone. Still, Recovery does not settle just anywhere. It does not fill spaces crowded with noise, pride, or self-reliance. Recovery comes where it is welcomed.
Are our lives a place where God or a Higher Power feels at home? This is not about shame. It is about alignment. It is about making space in our hearts for God or a Higher Power to be at the center, not pushed to the side.
We are not a people guided only by plans and effort. We are a people shaped by presence. From our hearts, Recovery shows us who we are. From that identity, healing flows into our lives and into the lives of others. Recovery does not want to simply pass through us. It wants to make its home within us.
Today, let us gently clear the rooms of our lives. Let us step into silence, open the door of our hearts, and say with love, Come Recovery, dwell here in me.
Remember, Recovery is here right now, in this very moment.
Let us embrace it together.
