John announced the power of Recovery to people with mental health and substance misuse conditions so he could share healing with community members. John represents a deeper love and relationship with Recovery. Why is that? The deeper tradition says John had a more purified love for healing.
Recovery allowed a deeper understanding of who John was, not for the sake of John but communicating to the community to help the world better understand who John was. He works tirelessly by implementing his plan of care. John runs to a bookstore to purchase, “SuperHuman Being” https://superhumanbeing.net/ because a friend told him it is a healing read.
John was loved deeply by people who encountered him along the journey of life. He used resources to help his Recovery and support those in Recovery. He took 15 minutes each day to reflect on his Recovery and work toward becoming the best version of himself.
John received anyone into his presence or the groups he attended. He balanced taking care of himself and supporting people in Recovery. He was in deep intimacy with God (Higher Power) but also deep intimacy with people in the community.
John is always geared toward communicating what Recovery is for those who want to become the best version of themselves. He has a certain attractiveness because of his message to people. He tells us to “Love One Another” because love came into the world the day we were born.
When we align ourselves with a person like John our only response can be to heal and learn to love ourselves. John shows us more deeply the healing power of God (Higher Power) done in deep love.
