Security is as essential to Recovery as breath is to life. It
grounds our identity and self-worth. When we’re paralyzed
by self-doubt, we often chase roles, achievements, or distractions,
ignoring the pain within.
Performing for approval can disconnect us from who we
truly are, often rooted in unmet childhood needs. But the
world is not our enemy. Yes, there is suffering, but it’s part
of life’s rhythm.
When we embrace this truth, peace finds us. Peace lets
us lay down our battle gear and begin creating a life that
reflects our true self—whole, free, and deeply loved.
Remember, Recovery is happening right now, in this moment.
