People who have chosen to read my book have taken time, to write me about the impact it has on them. Some people write their thoughts at the end of each chapter titled, “Reflection, what have I learned from reading this chapter?” Here are some of the themes I am receiving either verbally or in writing.

The greatest satisfaction I received from writing, “SuperHuman Being” is the words in each chapter came from my heart. Sometimes when I reviewed my writing I found myself stuck in my head. I learned that I was attempting to avoid some of the painful memories and feelings that were unleashed. Realizing this and facing it allowed me to go deeper into the healing process.
