I hope wherever you are, you know Recovery is with you right where you are.
Recovery reveals many paths we’ve traveled: avoidance, self-doubt,
blame, or even the road of kindness without boundaries.
But we are not bound to stay there. Healing begins
when we choose roads paved with cooperation, humility,
kindness, and truth.
We learn to trust ourselves, speak our needs, and believe
we are enough. Even when we’ve taken wrong turns, we are
never too old to build new roads.
The brain is flexible. The heart is resilient. Let’s release what
no longer serves us and walk forward, confident, whole, and
open to change. Peace begins on the road we choose today.
